Junior Digital Marketing Consultant (Focus SEO)

You have online marketing experience (focus SEO), would like to work in an agency, but don't want to deal with charlatans, posers, and all the "marketing blurb"? Maybe we're the right fit for you? In any case, we're looking for support in digital marketing. Specifically, this mainly includes the disciplines SEO, GAIO/GEO, but also SEA, PPC, Content Marketing, Analytics, Strategy, and more.

Don't know us?

Akima is part of the Faktenkontor Group -- one of the fastest-growing agency groups in Germany -- and a full-service communications agency based in Munich. We think and work integrated. By combining PR, storytelling, and content marketing with SEO, SEA & GAIO, we deliver measurable results for real future shapers: IT, Green Tech, New Mobility, Industry, and other innovation-driven sectors. For over 30 years, we've been creating visibility, relevance, and above all, business success through strategic content, data-driven insights, and creative campaign management. Blah blah blah...

Can this be done without buzzword bingo?

Sure! We're the coolest agency in the world. Well, that might be a tiny bit of an exaggeration -- but you need goals and visions, right? For now, would a smaller scale be enough for you? After all, you're looking for a job that's simply fun, in an exciting work environment with nice colleagues and cool clients? Then this could be a match.

We are dynamic, modern, and drive exciting topics. Instead of touting the latest summer collection with ever-new adjectives, we deal with how artificial intelligence and autonomous driving are influencing the future of mobility, among other things. We are open to anyone who delivers instead of talks. We have a lot of fun, but no foosball table, and yes, we work for B2B companies and drive future topics (not exclusively, but many IT and technology topics), but we're not nerds.

Sounds cool? It is! But don't apply if...

...you want to take it easy. The world is in upheaval, and so are we. We don't want many applicants, but the right ones. And we are service providers. This means you must feel comfortable in the fast-paced, intensive, and tightly scheduled agency business.

In short: We are looking for people who are eager, hungry, and want to shape things. For whom lifelong learning is not a buzzword. Who, rather, see criticism and feedback as appreciation and an opportunity to grow. People who are brave and open to change and have understood that life begins where the comfort zone ends.

In return, we offer you...

· Flexible working hours (as far as possible as a service provider) with hybrid work (3 days office and 2 days remote per week) and overtime compensation · Varied tasks and continuous learning · Flat hierarchies with freedom and the opportunity to contribute yourself and your ideas · The chance to take early responsibility for great clients and diverse, exciting projects while receiving support from experienced superiors who stand by your side and advance you in your development daily · A long-term perspective with annual development discussions · Exciting, current topics such as IT Security, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, and E-Mobility · Above all, an appreciative work environment guaranteed without charlatans, but with 100% competent, talented, and above all, likeable colleagues · As well as the usual "trinkets" like internal and external training opportunities, company pension plan, Deutschland-Ticket, equal pay, open feedback culture, free snacks & drinks, team events, and much, much more.

Conversely, we expect from you...

· At least 2-3 years of professional experience in online marketing with expertise in SEO. Experience with SEA/PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Performance Marketing, Website Creation, LinkedIn, Meta) and GEO/GAIO is also welcome. · Good knowledge of on-page optimization, technical SEO, LLM visibility, and the necessary tools such as Sistrix, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc. · You are eager to develop projects from client requirements and implement them independently · You enjoy achieving long-term success with clients in digital marketing · You have good analytical skills and are able to derive action measures · You know the basics of WordPress or other CMS · You follow developments in search engines and AI/LLM trends

But "doing is more important than being." In other words: · Agility matters more to us than knowledge. · We gladly accept expertise, but commitment and motivation are more important. · Experience helps, but mindset decides.

Because what you lack in experience and/or can't do yet, we'll gladly teach you.

Sounds good? Honestly, there are still 2-3 deal-breakers -- you would need to... · speak and write German very well -- ideally a native speaker · and also be proficient in English, and · have an interest in IT and technology topics.

A few words at the end: Our daily work is extremely varied, we learn every day, and are passionate about our work. But we have to be -- because no matter how well we plan, things always turn out differently in the end. That's what makes it exciting for us, but you have to like it. We constantly have to juggle many balls, react flexibly to customer requirements and changes, and endure stress.

Have you read this far and are not yet deterred? Then you can invest the two minutes for your application. A cover letter is not necessary -- we prefer to get to know you in a casual conversation. Just send us a short email with your CV, your certificates, your salary expectations, and the earliest possible start date to jobs@akima.de

Susanne is always available for questions regarding the application process (at jobs@akima.de or +49 89 17959 180). We will gladly answer all other questions during a personal meeting.

We look forward to your application. Best regards,

Volker
