For our renowned client – a leading company in energy supply and network infrastructure – we are seeking to strengthen our team in Hamburg starting immediately.
Job Description
Concept and Specification Development:
- Creation of campaign concepts for geophysical operational surveys on maritime infrastructure (subsea cables).
- Development of technical specifications for geophysical operational surveys.
- Ensuring the integration of internal and external safety and approval requirements into survey concepts.
Pre-qualification of Survey Companies:
- Preparation of comprehensive pre-qualification documents in collaboration with technical, commercial, and legal experts within project-specific timelines.
- Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project and company-internal requirements.
- Pre-qualification of available specialist companies in the market.
- Support in defining evaluation criteria and analyzing pre-qualification results with technical, commercial, and legal experts.
Framework Agreements / Contracts:
- Preparation of comprehensive contract documents in collaboration with technical, commercial, and legal experts within project-specific timelines.
- Support in defining evaluation criteria and analyzing bids with technical, commercial, and legal experts.
- Technical assessment of geophysical services and data, including their internal processing and transfer.
- Continuous monitoring of contractual frameworks regarding compliance with project timelines and operational handover.
Data Management:
- Archiving and storage of project data in the data structure.
- Maintenance and revision of existing data storage.
Communication within the Project Team:
- Establishment and maintenance of a sustainable, efficient communication structure between campaigns and the overall project.
- Regular reporting to project management and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
- Completed diploma or master's degree in geophysics, marine technology, geosciences, or equivalent.
- 5 years of professional experience in the operation of offshore infrastructure.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
