Our 50,000 visionary minds worldwide drive innovation with ingenuity and dedication - for a smarter world of tomorrow.\n\n### Client Details\nFor our renowned client - a leading company in energy supply and network infrastructure - we are looking for reinforcement for our team in Hamburg, starting immediately.\n\n### Job Description\nCreation of Exploration Concepts and Specifications:\n- Support in creating geophysical and geotechnical specifications by internal/external experts and service providers.\n- Ensuring the integration of internal and external safety and approval requirements into survey concepts.\n\nPreparation of Tender Documents:\n- Support in preparing comprehensive tender documents in collaboration with technical, commercial, and legal experts within project-specific timelines.\n- Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project and company-internal requirements.\n\nSupport of Procurement Processes:\n- Support of the procurement process through coordination and management of the evaluation of incoming offers.\n- Support in defining evaluation criteria for service provider selection together with the procurement team and technical experts.\n- Support in contract negotiations and preparation of award recommendations in coordination with procurement.\n\nPreparation and Management of Commissioned Service Providers:\n- Monitoring of work and time schedules of external service providers in coordination with technical project participants.\n- Continuous monitoring and coordination of service provider activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and the scope of services tendered.\n\nCampaign Management:\n- Responsibility for planning, execution, and monitoring of survey campaigns (geotechnical, geophysical, unexploded ordnance).\n- Ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones within the survey campaigns.\n- Coordination of all involved parties and ensuring smooth communication among all stakeholders.\n\nQuality Assurance and Documentation:\n- Ensuring precise survey execution.\n- Quality check of received survey data (geotechnical, geophysical).\n- Monitoring the creation and approval of project-relevant documentation on the planning and execution of services and their results.\n\nData Management:\n- Archiving and filing of project data in the data structure.\n- Maintenance and revision of the filing of existing data.\n\nCommunication within the Project Team:\n- Establishment and maintenance of a sustainable, efficient communication structure between the campaigns and the overall project.\n- Regular reporting to project management and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.\n\n### Profile\n- Completed diploma or master's degree in geophysics, marine technology, geosciences, or comparable.\n- 3 years of professional experience in offshore surveys.\n- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).\n\n### Offer\n- Possibility to work partially from home/remotely, benefiting from hybrid work (flexible working).\n- Team spirit and diversity.\n- Work-life balance.\n- Attractive remuneration.\n- Social benefits.\n- Diverse further training opportunities.\n- Team and sports events.\n- Global network.\n- Attractive employee referral program.\n\nThe benefits may vary depending on the position and location.
