Our 50,000 visionary minds worldwide drive innovation with ingenuity and dedication - for a smarter world of tomorrow.\n\n### Client Details\nFor our renowned client - a leading company in energy supply and network infrastructure - we are looking for reinforcement for our team in Hamburg starting immediately.\n\n## Job Description\nThe goal of the role is the timely, safe, and economical commissioning of offshore grid connection systems by translating operational requirements into clear, award-ready EPCI and maintenance contracts and orchestrating all interfaces within the framework of structured operations readiness management.\n\n* Creation and revision of maintenance and EPCI contracts from an operational perspective\n* Interface and requirements management: Consolidation, clarification, and translation of operational requirements from various specialist areas into contract-ready technical appendices\n* Participation in the development of maintenance strategies and concepts for offshore assets\n* Contract management from an operational perspective: Structuring, review, and negotiation support in close cooperation with purchasing and the legal department.\n* Operations Readiness: Planning and management of the handover from project to operations\n* Internal interface and stakeholder management (between "project organization" and later "operations organization")\n* Creation and maintenance of schedules and milestone plans (e.g., with MS Project)\n* Ensuring quality requirements\n\n## Profile\n* Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification\n* Experience in technical project management in the plant construction/energy/maritime environment is desirable; knowledge in the operation of offshore grid connection systems or offshore wind farms is an advantage.\n* Ideally, experience in managing/coordinating large-volume maintenance contracts and in creating/reviewing technical specifications.\n* Confident demeanor and very good oral and written communication skills\n* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken\n* Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working, high quality awareness, and HSE awareness\n\n## Offer\n* Possibility to work partly from home/remotely, thus benefiting from the advantages of hybrid work (flexible working)\n* Team spirit and diversity\n* Work-life balance\n* Attractive remuneration\n* Social benefits\n* Diverse further training opportunities\n* Team and sports events\n* Global network\n* Attractive employee referral program\n\nThe benefits may vary depending on the position and location.
