Job Description

Creation of Exploration Concepts and Specifications:

• Coordination and management of the creation of campaign concepts and technical specifications by internal/external experts and service providers.
• Ensuring the integration of internal and external safety and approval requirements into the campaign concepts by relevant specialists/departments.

Structuring and Technical Preparation of Tender Documents:

• Management of the creation of comprehensive tender documents in collaboration with technical experts within project-specific timelines.
• Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project and company internal requirements by internal experts / external service providers.

Support of Awarding within a Procurement Process:

• Support of the procurement process through coordination and management of the evaluation of incoming bids by experts.
• Assistance in defining evaluation criteria for service provider selection together with the procurement team and technical experts.
• Preparation of award recommendations in coordination with procurement and support during contract negotiations.

Preparation and Management of Commissioned Service Providers:

• Organization and management of introductory workshops and briefings for commissioned service providers by experts or the project.
• Monitoring of work and timesheets of external service providers in coordination with technical project participants.
• Continuous monitoring and coordination of service provider activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.

Campaign Management:

• Overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and monitoring of the offshore unexploded ordnance (UXO) campaign.
• Ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones during the campaign.
• Coordination of all involved parties and ensuring smooth communication among all stakeholders.

Quality Assurance and Documentation:

• Implementation and temporal monitoring of quality control processes / review cycles in coordination with technical experts.
• Monitoring the creation and release of project-relevant documentation regarding the planning and execution of services and their results.

Communication within the Project Team:

• Establishment and maintenance of a regular, efficient communication structure between the campaign and the overall project.
• Regular reporting to project management and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Organization and moderation of meetings, workshops, and review meetings to ensure information flow and project transparency.

Profile

• Completed degree (Diplom or Master) in Industrial Engineering.
• 5 years of professional experience in project management of offshore infrastructure projects.
• Additional qualifications in project management (e.g., IPMA standard).
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills within a matrix organization.
