Your Responsibilities
- Optimization and further development of time management software
- Conception and design of solutions in the areas of time recording, scheduling, and self-service
- Management and coordination of the project, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Communication, coordination, and ensuring the support of all relevant stakeholders (e.g., departments, works council, management)
- Development of tailor-made solution approaches in collaboration with departments, IT, and external partners
- Training of users and ensuring the smooth integration of the solution
- Continuous optimization of processes and technical solutions in the time management area
- Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations, especially the Working Time Act and the Works Constitution Act
Your Profile
- Completed degree in occupational sciences, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in time management, personnel planning, or a comparable area of responsibility
- Sound knowledge in solution design, project management, and the optimization and further development of time management systems with automation and self-service functions
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Working Time Act (ArbZG) and the Works Constitution Act (e.g., Works Constitution Act, co-determination rights, collective agreements)
- Experience in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, agile methods)
- Analytical thinking skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
