We are not looking for an "ad administrator," but someone who truly takes responsibility for performance.

Your Mission

You ensure that qualified leads come in -- measurably, scalably, and cleanly tracked. You don't just place "any" ads; you build a system that acquires customers.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementation, and optimization of performance campaigns for lead generation
  • Creation and management of Paid Ads (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads; depending on the project)
  • Building/optimizing funnels and collaborating on landing pages (conversion focus)
  • Ensuring tracking & measurability (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixels, Conversion Events, UTM Standards)
  • Budget management, testing setups, scaling (including clear kill/scale decisions)
  • Reporting with real KPIs (e.g., CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality) and concrete measures
  • Coordination with Sales/Founders to improve lead quality, messaging, and offers

Must-Have Criteria (No Exceptions)

  • Several years of demonstrable experience in performance marketing with a focus on lead generation
  • You can prove results (e.g., anonymized reports/screenshots from ad accounts, dashboards, references)
  • Tracking is solid: you know how to measure and verify conversions cleanly
  • You work in a structured, self-reliant, and reliable manner -- without micromanagement
  • You comply with platform policies and data protection standards

  • B2B lead generation for software/agency/IT services
  • CRO/landing page optimization (A/B tests, forms, copy, conversion levers)
  • CRM/pipeline understanding (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
