Your core task is to develop an AI-First strategy that deeply integrates Generative AI into the DNA of our work processes. Together with your four group leaders and teams (>40 employees), you will lay the foundation for the future, establish robust data governance, and ensure that our data platforms serve as a reliable knowledge base for AI models and agents. On this basis, you will drive the scaling of AI and automation, while simultaneously being responsible for LCNC to empower our employees through modern cooperation platforms. You will provide an intuitive and reliable technological foundation that, through Google Workspace, Gemini, and other solutions, offers all employees a consistent and high-quality experience across all end devices and collaboration platforms, and ensures an "AI-Ready" infrastructure that reduces administrative burden. Furthermore, you will ensure the necessary "AI-Ready" hardware infrastructure so that AI evolves from a tool to a proactive partner that relieves administrative burden. In your role as a strategic business partner, you will also work closely with management and the board, provide crucial impetus, and significantly contribute to future-oriented decisions.\n\n### What would be WOW if you bring:\n- A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, AI / Data Science, or a comparable qualification.\n- Many years of leadership and management experience in a comparable position (e.g., Head of Digital Workplace, AI Strategy, or Enterprise Architecture) with a demonstrable track record in the implementation of Generative AI strategies. This includes proven experience in leading leaders ("Leading Leaders").\n- Expertise in the technology behind LLMs and RAG, and a clear understanding of how to add value by implementing agentic workflows in a complex structure.\n- Deep understanding of the Google Cloud & Workspace ecosystem (Gemini) is a strong plus.\n- With your strategic foresight, you recognize the difference between hype and real business value.
