Responsibilities
- You will take a steering role in our projects, acting as the central point of contact between various stakeholders.
- You will support and advise our clients from various industries in the implementation of their business transformation projects – from initiation to completion.
- You will take responsibility for team members and support them in their development.
- You will actively shape the development of Algol by taking on internal tasks, e.g., by participating in one of our OKR squads.
- You will become part of our dynamic team with an open feedback culture and flat hierarchies.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in business administration, (business) informatics, or a related field.
- Sound experience in (large) projects (min. 5 years) focusing on business analytics, process analysis/optimization, and project or program management.
- Experience in leading teams.
- Ideally, experience in business development.
- Expertise/knowledge in one of the following industries in recent years is desirable: banking, insurance, energy, and telecommunications.
- Relevant certifications are advantageous (GPM/IPMA, Prince2, ITIL, Scrum, SAFe).
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, independent work style, and strong teamwork skills.
- A confident demeanor and good negotiation skills.
- Flexibility, high motivation, and enthusiasm.
- Very good German (min. C1) and English skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills complete your profile.
