Requirements

Must have:

• Completed degree in a STEM field or comparable qualification with professional experience in IT operations
• Profound knowledge in administration, operation, and architecture of IT systems with a focus on Kubernetes applications and GPUs
• Analytical thinking, structured working method, and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills -- fluent German at least at C1 level -- combined with the ability to support internal customers in a solution-oriented manner
• High initiative, willingness to learn, and a good portion of team spirit

Responsibilities:

• You ensure that our BIA platforms run reliably -- from administration and operation to continuous development.
• Together with your colleagues, you plan and design the infrastructure, actively contributing your expertise.
• You love simplifying processes -- through automation and standardization, you make our daily work more efficient.
• Quality and security are important to you: You document transparently, ensure clear communication, and confidently manage audits.
• With an eye on market and technology trends, you evaluate systems and provide impetus for the future viability of our platforms.
