Requirements
Language: German - Fluent
- First professional experience as an IT system integrator or in IT infrastructure administration
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure, network, security, Active Directory, mailing, and storage
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems and initial knowledge of Linux systems
- Familiarity with monitoring solutions and interest in their further development
- Willingness to further develop in the web hosting environment.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune is a plus
- You work in a structured, responsible manner and enjoy learning new technologies
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- You convince with analytical and conceptual thinking, teamwork, and understanding of documentation
Activities
- Administration of the in-house application bilettix.net, which we operate as SaaS for our customers
- Support and further development of customer systems and our internal IT infrastructure
- Support in the administration of server, network, and cloud systems
- Monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of existing IT environments
- Support in the area of web hosting and system integration
- Participation in projects for virtualization, automation, and IT security
- Management and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment and Intune administration
- Setup, monitoring, and further development of backup and recovery solutions
