About the Role

As Head of Learning, you are responsible for the roadmap and production of our German-language learning programs for the entire DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You coordinate the production interfaces between the German team and our Learning organization in the United Kingdom, ensuring that we deliver high-quality, scalable learning experiences and products to our German-speaking customers.

You will build and further develop our AI-supported content production pipeline, ensure the high quality of learning content, and manage budget, resources, and capacity for the development and scaling of the German learning portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the portfolio and roadmap of German-language learning products for the DACH market
  • Development of skill maps and product positioning for the German-speaking market
  • Managing the development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of learning programs
  • Building, leading, and developing the Learning team in Germany
  • Implementing AI-supported processes to scale and improve the efficiency of content production
  • Managing external service providers and working closely with the UK Learning teams
  • Close collaboration with Product, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Sales, including support during important customer meetings

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in learning product strategy, content operations, or program/production management, ideally in EdTech or a technology environment
  • Proven experience with portfolio and roadmap ownership, including budget and resource planning
  • Strong technical and product affinity and the ability to quickly understand technical and organizational topics
  • Experience working with senior technology stakeholders (e.g., CTO, CAIO, CDO, VPs), ideally in regulated educational environments
  • Leadership experience in dynamic, fast-growing organizations and experience managing external partners
  • Strong ability to work with data, KPIs, and AI/automation tools to manage content and production processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with resilience and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
