We are looking for a Portfolio Lead -- Engineering to drive the strategic development of an innovative training portfolio in Software Engineering, Cloud, and DevOps.
In this role, you will combine curriculum strategy, product thinking, and technical leadership to design and scale cutting-edge training programs that empower professionals with in-demand technical skills. You will play a key role in building a data-driven, AI-supported learning ecosystem while working closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, sales, and marketing.

What You'll Do
- Define the strategy, roadmap, and market positioning for a portfolio of training programs in Software Engineering, Cloud, and DevOps
- Lead and mentor a team of Learning Content Engineers, fostering excellence in technical and educational quality
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new training programs --- from concept and development to quality assurance and launch
- Design competency frameworks, skill mappings, and scalable learning architectures for diverse learner journeys
- Ensure the technical, pedagogical, and commercial success of the training portfolio
- Use data, KPIs, and market insights to continuously improve the portfolio and respond to evolving technology trends
- Manage budgets, resources, and external experts while leveraging AI-supported content production workflows to scale learning content
What You Bring
- A degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science) or a comparable qualification
- Strong expertise in Software Engineering, Cloud, and/or DevOps, with a good understanding of emerging technologies
- Experience developing technical training programs, curricula, or learning products, ideally in tech or EdTech
- Proven experience in portfolio, product, or curriculum management, including planning and prioritising complex initiatives
- Experience leading teams or coordinating external experts and stakeholders
- Comfort working with modern tools and workflows such as learning platforms, Git, or AI-powered content production
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent German (C1) and English (C1)
