For our subsidiary, blue zone GmbH, we are looking for a Marketing Manager -- Demand Generation & Digital
What makes your job exciting:
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality content for all marketing and sales channels
- Creation and maintenance of personas (customers, partners) as a basis for sales plays and campaigns
- Creation of sales- and customer-oriented marketing materials (presentations, white papers, brochures, etc.)
- Planning, implementation, and optimization of multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social media, website, paid ads)
- Management and optimization of marketing technology platforms (HubSpot, CRM, CMS, marketing automation tools)
- Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of campaign performance and KPIs; derivation of data-based optimizations
- Conducting market and competitor analyses as well as identifying cross- and up-selling potentials
- Close collaboration with sales, product management, partners, and internal teams to ensure a consistent marketing strategy and effective messaging

What distinguishes you:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a comparable field of study
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in the areas of Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing
- In-depth experience in product and portfolio marketing as well as strategic product positioning
- Product and market understanding with the ability to convert USPs and selling arguments into business value selling
- Experience in content and social media marketing, creation of marketing materials, and cross-channel messaging
- Practical knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems, CMS, and digital campaign platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics, KPI tracking, and data-driven campaign optimization
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Conducting market and competitor analyses as well as identifying cross- and up-selling potentials
- Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as analytical thinking and data-based decision-making
- Teamwork skills and cross-departmental collaboration, as well as attention to detail, innovative spirit, and creativity
- Ensuring efficient campaign implementation, budget adherence, and on-time delivery
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Salary: EUR 61,500+ Location: Dortmund, DE Remote Model: Hybrid
