(Senior) Engineer Data Analytics (m/f/d) Microsoft Fabric & Azure Databricks
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage data platform architectures for our nationwide clients, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Cloud, specializing in Microsoft Fabric & Azure Databricks.
- Identify client requirements, conduct requirement analyses, and design data analytics architectures.
- Develop sophisticated IT concepts, manage projects, and independently implement solutions within the team.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients, and support colleagues in introducing new topics or projects.

Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience.
- Experience with modern data and analytics tools, ideally from the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Power BI, Fabric, Azure Databricks) or comparable technologies.
- Ideally, you have documented your experience through Microsoft certifications.
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of data structures and processes.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
- Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and the willingness for continuous professional and personal development.
- Your commitment to working according to and actively shaping standards and best practices, and your willingness to share knowledge with colleagues, are key.
- Very good German and English language skills, as well as high flexibility and willingness to travel.
