Your Mission
- Marketing Coordination: Provide administrative and operational support to the Regional Marketing Manager, and process marketing tickets from studios and departments.
- Marketing Materials: Create, adapt, order, and organize marketing materials for studios (e.g., posters, flyers, POS materials).
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, studio openings, and local initiatives.
- Cooperations: Create, maintain, and manage contracts for regional cooperations, and coordinate with partners and service providers.
- Organization & Brand: Manage timings, budgets, reports, and approval processes, ensuring brand consistency.
What You Should Bring
- Marketing Experience: Initial practical experience in marketing, project management, event, or brand environments, preferably in the fitness, sports, or lifestyle industry.
- Work Approach: Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented with a passion for organization and administrative tasks.
- Hands-on Mentality: Strong execution skills, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility in daily operations.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with ticketing, project, or design tools is a plus.
- Communication: Team spirit, strong communication skills, and excellent German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week Salary Range: €30,000 - €32,400 Start Date: Immediately Remote Model: Hybrid
