Welcome at Allianz
The Operations & IT Academy is part of the Allianz University - dedicated to AI transformation, digital upskilling, and data literacy across the Allianz group.
This role is a rare dual opportunity: you will work as an intern in the role of a Junior Learning Manager within our team while simultaneously completing your Master's degree at Steinbeis University - fully funded by Allianz. Your Master's thesis will be rooted in real work you do with us.
In addition to exciting topics and a collaborative work environment, we support and challenge you and your development. During your time with our team, you will complete a two-year, work-integrated Master's program at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management at Steinbeis University.
Please note that successful completion of an assessment center is a prerequisite for admission to the program.
What you will do as a Junior Learning Manager (m/f/d)
- Contribute to cutting-edge global learning projects in AI and digital skills, designed for specific business target groups across Allianz worldwide
- Co-create and design e-learnings and learning nuggets alongside senior e-learning designers
- Act as Learning Manager for both virtual and onsite classroom trainings - owning the full delivery cycle
- Grow into a trainer role for GenAI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, M365) and facilitate training events for colleagues across Allianz
- Support senior Learning Managers in developing concepts, presentations, and training materials
- Manage learning logistics and communications via internal platforms and newsletters
- Develop your own learning project that forms the foundation of your Master's thesis - with dedicated mentoring support throughout
Why This Role Is Different
- You are hired as intern with a fully funded Master's degree: Allianz covers 100% of your Steinbeis tuition.
- Real impact from day one: You will be shaping how tens of thousands of Allianz employees learn AI and digital skills.
- A mentor in your corner: A dedicated senior colleague will support your professional and academic development throughout.
- Global reach, Munich base: Work in an agile Munich team while your projects span Allianz's global footprint.
