This isn't your typical internship. You won't be making coffee or formatting slides into oblivion. You'll be in the room where decisions happen --- working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders, from a beautifully designed office in the heart of Berlin Mitte.
About Allie
Allie is an early-stage AI startup reimagining how companies train their people. We build AI-powered simulations and role-plays that let teams practice real workplace scenarios --- from leadership conversations and hiring decisions to feedback and conflict resolution.

We're building fast, shipping weekly, and working closely with design partners and early customers. And now we're looking for our next Founder's Associate Intern to help us take Allie from 0 to 1.
The Role
You'll be the CEO's right hand --- working directly on the highest-impact priorities across growth, marketing, and operations. One day you're jumping on a call with a potential customer. The next, you're launching a GTM experiment, refining our core messaging, or helping close an early pilot.
You'll have real ownership from day one. No hand-holding, no busywork --- just meaningful work that moves the needle.
Our office is at Naturkundemusuem, a stylish, creative space that's as energising as the work we do. Remote is welcome too, but come visit --- you'll want to.
Expect ambiguity, rapid iteration, and a steep (very rewarding) learning curve. If you're someone who gets excited by building rather than just observing, this role was made for you.
What You'll Work On
Growth & Go-to-Market
- Research and qualify potential customers
- Support pilots and customer success initiatives
- Help design and run early GTM experiments
- Reach out to partners and build ecosystem relationships
Marketing
- Create compelling content for LinkedIn, our website, and campaigns
- Analyse performance metrics and sharpen acquisition channels
- Build sales decks and demo materials that convert
- Run rapid experiments to test positioning and find traction
