This Junior Web Designer role is a full-time, permanent position created to support the design and usability of these internal systems.
The role
Working as a Junior Web Designer at Alpine Business Consulting means focusing on utility and clarity. You will be helping us build and maintain the web interfaces that corporate teams use to view their financial data. What you will do
- Coordinate with senior consultants to draft layouts for internal financial dashboards and reporting portals.
- Focus on clean data presentation, ensuring that charts and tables are structured for maximum readability.
- Help maintain a consistent visual style across the various portals used by the European logistics firm.
- Produce clear documentation for all design assets to assist in the final handover to the client.
- Translate technical data requirements into visual mockups using standard design software.
- Assist in basic front end configuration to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from the finance teams who use these tools daily.
- Ensure all internal web pages meet basic accessibility and usability standards.
What we need from you
- A formal education or equivalent personal project experience in web design or graphic design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to understand the constraints of web environments.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
