To further develop our system landscape and integration platform, we are looking for a Junior Integration & Software Engineer to operate and advance complex system integrations.

Your Responsibilities

System Integration & Interfaces

• Support and further development of an extensive integration network with over 350 interfaces
• Operation and further development of the Lobster_data integration platform
• Development and operation of integrations between internal systems, customer platforms, and external partners
• Analysis and resolution of performance and system problems

Interface Standards

Implementation and support of integrations based on:

• REST APIs
• SOAP
• XML
• JSON
• File-based interfaces

Software Development

• Development and maintenance of internal web applications based on Laravel
• Development of technical tools and automations with C# / .NET
• Further development of internal platform solutions and integrations

Databases & Data Processes

• Administration and optimization of relational databases (MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server)
• Analysis and optimization of data-driven business processes

Automation & DevOps

• Automation of recurring operational processes
• Optimization of existing system and deployment processes
• Support with infrastructure and platform architectures
• Ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of business-critical systems

Logistics Systems

• Support of logistics IT systems and warehouse management environments
• Integration of shop, shipping, and customer platforms

AI Integration

• Development and integration of API services for the use of LLM technologies
• Implementation of AI-supported automations and assistance systems
• Consulting internal teams on the use of AI technologies

Customer Projects

• Analysis of technical customer requirements
• Creation of technical concepts
• Support with customer onboarding and integration projects
• Participation in technical workshops and project coordination meetings

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in system integration or software development
• Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON, and integration standards
• Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Lobster_data, MuleSoft, Boomi etc.)
• Experience with Laravel / PHP or comparable web frameworks
• Experience with C# / .NET
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL / MS SQL)
• Experience with automation and DevOps processes
• Experience with version control (Git)

Nice to have

• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Experience with e-commerce integrations
• Experience with AI or automation solutions
• Experience with automation platforms (e.g., n8n)
