Your Role

You will operate the entire change lifecycle (normal, standard, and emergency changes), validate and improve change quality, including risk and impact assessment. You will prepare, moderate, and document meetings, ensuring complete and compliant documentation, including deployment plans, backout plans, test evidence, and approvals. You will coordinate closely with Service Operations, Release Management, SLM, Problem Management, and external providers. You will monitor change KPIs and derive improvement measures, communicate decisions, ensure transparency, and guarantee compliance with governance.

Your Qualifications

You have completed studies in industrial engineering, business informatics, IT management, or a comparable technical qualification. You have sound experience in ITIL Change Management and ideally experience with ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy/Helix or ServiceNow. You work in a structured, quality-oriented manner and have a strong sense of risk. You are a strong communicator, confident in moderation, and comfortable working with international stakeholders. You speak fluent German and English.
