These tasks await you

• You will receive incoming inquiries from customers and partners on all channels (telephone, email, chat) and document and process all concerns using AI, ideally to completion.
• In addition to general inquiries, the topics to be processed range from checking and approving newly registered partners, contract adjustments and terminations, to following up on open payments, to claim registration, processing, and settlement.
• You will become an expert in our products and guarantee our customers and partners a transparent and comprehensible decision-making process at all times.
• You will independently handle new property and casualty claims (household contents, liability, accident), ensure active claims management to reduce claim expenses, and initiate the next steps.
• You will actively operate, maintain, and further develop the CRM and our in-house developed contract management and claims system with us.

What you bring to the table

• You have completed training as a Kaufmann / Kauffrau for Insurance & Finance (ideally with experience at an insurance company, InsurTech, or insurance broker).
• You know which information and details are important in processing various inquiries and processes, and are possibly already familiar with modern communication tools (including ZenDesk, Slack).
• You convince with your friendly, engaging, and communicative manner, enjoy speaking and writing with customers, and skillfully and confidently use your excellent German language skills in speaking and writing.
