- Head of Operations - Intelligence & Process Enablement (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:
- Further build Alteos' operational intelligence layer by developing dashboards, KPI frameworks and data standards across support, claims and partner operations.
- Scale processes with automation and AI, identifying opportunities to improve speed, scalability and business decision-making.
- Drive growth enablement across teams through intelligence and transformation, training stakeholders on tools, data literacy and performance management.
- Ensure data quality and visibility, implementing governance controls and real-time reporting across CRM and operational systems.
- Act as a strategic partner to the COO, collaborating closely with Product & Tech on automation, integrations and roadmap alignment.
- Establish feedback loops that turn operational and customer insights into improvements across Product, Marketing and Service.
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in data- and operations-driven roles, ideally at the intersection of commercial and technical teams. Experience leading people or steering complex initiatives, with comfort taking ownership in fast-moving environments.
- Proven ability to build user-friendly dashboards and KPI systems using tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or HubSpot. Emphasis on clean data, clear logic, and actionable insights.
- In-depth understanding of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot or Salesforce) and experience with or building surrounding toolstacks for workflows, reporting, and communication. Strong grasp of data governance principles.
- Effective collaboration with Product and Tech teams, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Curiosity about AI and automation for practical problem-solving.
- Experience in the insurance space or InsurTechs, with an understanding of claims, policies, and partner-led distribution dynamics.
