Althammer & Kill specializes in consulting in the areas of data protection, information security, artificial intelligence, and compliance. We support our clients in designing processes securely and in compliance with the law, as well as in successfully implementing IT security and compliance systems.
Your Role
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a communicative sales talent (m/f/d) in part-time (30 hours per week) to start immediately. In your new position, you will actively participate – together with the sales team – in the design and further development of existing sales concepts and structures.
Your Tasks
- Lead Qualification: Telephone qualification of existing leads (B2B).
- Customer Relations: Building new and maintaining existing customer contacts.
- Appointment Setting: Scheduling and managing customer appointments for the sales team.
- Data Management: Sustainable data maintenance in CRM and other tools.
- Campaign Support: Supporting sales activities and campaigns (especially by phone).
Your Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualifications and experience in sales.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of phone calls, with no hesitation in speaking with decision-makers.
- Experience in telephone customer service or initial exposure to sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM tools.
- Structured and self-organized working style.
- Ability to follow up on contacts and self-motivation.
- Willingness to contribute own ideas and impulses to the team.
- Advantageous: Knowledge in data protection, information security, AI, and compliance.
- Creativity and a good eye for the essentials.
- Flexibility and results orientation.
- High customer orientation.
- Initiative and willingness to take responsibility.
- Team spirit.
- Tech affinity.
- Very good German language skills (C2).
