Your Role

For our team in Baden-Württemberg/Hessen (Heilbronn/Ludwigsburg), we are seeking a motivated, performance-oriented, and experienced Homecare Field Service employee to support our growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible consultation, guidance, and care of patients and their relatives during and after the transition from clinic to home and outpatient care.
  • Organization and execution of patient care according to medical prescriptions, focusing on stoma, continence, wound care, tracheotomy, enteral & parenteral nutrition, anti-infectives, and PCA.
  • Independent and self-responsible customer support.
  • Active development and advancement of customer relationships and networks, as well as deepening existing customer contacts.
  • Execution and planning of the customer acquisition process; support and communication with all parties involved in care.
  • Ensuring on-call readiness.

Qualifications

  • Completed nursing education, ideally as a licensed registered nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
  • Additional qualifications, such as Palliative Care, Oncology, Stoma Therapist, Wound Expert, or similar, are desirable but not required.
  • In-depth experience in the application of classic aids and pharmaceutical therapies.
  • Several years of professional experience are advantageous, ideally initial homecare or sales experience.
  • Willingness to learn and quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility.
  • Dedicated, structured, goal-oriented, and reliable working style.
  • Innovative, flexible, and entrepreneurial thinking with a desire to shape things.
  • Sense of responsibility, self-organization & empathy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, team spirit, high service orientation, and commitment.
  • A likeable, benevolent demeanor with great enjoyment in interacting with patients.
  • Valid driver's license, class B.
