Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the support of your own real estate portfolio (hotels)
• Support throughout the entire rental process
• Creation of analyses regarding ESG
• Management and monitoring of external service providers (brokers, property managers)
• Development of property strategies for Technical Asset Management
• Creation and analysis of property-specific KPIs, budgets, business plans, and reports
• Continuous portfolio monitoring

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed business administration or real estate management studies
• Several years of professional experience in portfolio or asset management
• Experience with the hotel asset class in the real estate environment
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• High level of teamwork and strong communication skills
• Confident and convincing demeanor
• Willingness to travel
