Your Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st & 2nd level support for company-owned applications
• Monitor application performance, analyze disruptions, and sustainably resolve errors in operation
• Support national companies with networks, WLAN, and firewalls
• Implement changes, improvements, and technical adjustments with the development team
• Manage mobile VPN solutions (e.g., Cisco ASA / Meraki)
• Drive the automation of operational and deployment processes
• Operate modern Linux environments, including container-based applications (e.g., Docker)
• Implement security standards and operational requirements in the application area
• Participate in group-wide projects

Your Profile:

• Completed IT degree/IT training, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in application or system operations, DevOps environment, or a similar role
• Good experience in error analysis, monitoring, and automation of operational processes
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, AD, PowerShell, and networking
• Familiarity with Linux and Docker is advantageous
• Confident oral and written communication skills in German and English are required (minimum B2 level)
