For a company in the industry, we are looking for a dedicated ERP & BI Data Manager (m/f/d) with a home office component in the Düsseldorf area as part of direct recruitment for permanent employment.

Your Responsibilities:

Holistic optimization of business processes and workflow organization within the ERP landscape
Technical administration and continuous development of ERP systems and integrated third-party applications
Interface function between specialist departments and IT for sustainable improvement of system processes
Data-based decision support through the analysis and visualization of complex company data (e.g., with QlikSense)
Data Engineering: Building and maintaining data structures for company-wide information provision
Technical project coordination and central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across all project phases
Close cooperation with the specialist departments to continuously adapt processes and systems to new requirements

Your Profile:

Completed training/studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of sound experience in the ERP environment with a focus on optimizing business processes
Sound know-how regarding data structures, interface architectures, and complex information flows
Confident use of analysis tools, ideally practical experience with QlikSense
Fluent German, both written and spoken (minimum level B2)
