We are looking for dedicated support in the field of IT Support for our renowned client from the IT security industry based in the heart of Berlin . Your Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for customers and partners via phone and email
  • Processing of fault reports in first-level support and taking over selected second-level tasks after appropriate training
  • Documentation of customer concerns in the ticket system and forwarding to the responsible departments
  • Creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and other information sources
  • Support of quality assurance and the development department through bug reporting and test tasks

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
  • Enthusiasm for IT topics and network technologies
  • Ideally, initial experience in IT support, network management, and working with Linux Debian
  • Enjoy customer contact and pronounced service orientation
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
