Our client, a company in the catering and facility management sector in the Frankfurt am Main area, is seeking to expand its team. They offer a permanent, exciting, and varied role where you can contribute your experience. This position is for direct recruitment. Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the strategic and operational management of sales for complex catering and food service solutions.
• Development of tailor-made concepts for clients in the areas of food services, outsourcing, and shared service models.
• Acquisition of new clients and maintenance of existing relationships at the C-level.
• Close collaboration with internal teams and departments to successfully implement projects.
• Representing the company at customer events and strategic meetings.
• Market observation, competitor analysis, and proactive approach to potential target clients.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in B2B service sales, ideally in food & facility management or comparable industries.
• High level of initiative, structured working method, and enthusiasm for sophisticated customer solutions.
• Experience in selling complex projects and services, preferably also in developing outsourcing and shared service concepts.
• Leadership experience is an advantage, but entrepreneurial thinking and proactive implementation in daily business are more important.
• Confident interaction with C-level clients.
• Very good German skills and good to very good English skills.
