Your Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth daily business and structured organization of all internal office processes
- Taking on diverse administrative tasks, including systematic follow-up of open cases, maintaining the document structure, and assessing and forwarding incoming calls in a targeted manner
- Planning and coordinating meetings and committee meetings, including compiling, preparing, and checking the necessary documents
- Deadline management, sending invitations and documents via digital platforms, and continuously updating participant and contact data
- Supporting specialist departments with organizational tasks before and after appointments
- Creating correspondence, minutes, and other documents according to specifications
- Designing presentations and informational materials
- Receiving and professionally looking after guests and contact persons
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed training in a commercial or administrative field, or alternatively a qualification in the legal field or comparable several years of practical experience
- Sound knowledge of modern office and organizational methods, especially in structured document management and the coordination of appointments and processes
- Confident use of digital office equipment and common software solutions for texts, spreadsheets, presentations, and electronic communication
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Structured, independent way of working with a good overview, even with multiple parallel tasks
- Team-oriented work and experience in collaborating with multiple assistants
