For an internationally active company with a corporate structure in the field of electronic components and a modern shared service approach, we are looking for a Senior Accountant/ Bilanzbuchhalter (m/f/d) with sound knowledge in financial accounting and accounting according to HGB and IFRS. Your Responsibilities:

  • Independent booking of current business transactions, including account maintenance and reconciliation as part of monthly reporting
  • Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
  • Optimization of existing accounting processes and active contribution to the further development of internal accounting
  • Timely preparation of VAT pre-declarations and other statistical reports
  • Calculation and monitoring of provisions according to commercial and tax law requirements
  • Monitoring and execution of payment transactions, including liquidity control
  • Contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and internal specialist departments in the context of audits and reporting

Your Profile:

  • Business degree with a focus on finance and accounting or a commercial apprenticeship with further training as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter)
  • Comprehensive professional experience in financial accounting in an internationally active company
  • Sound knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS
  • Confident handling of common ERP systems, ideally SAP FI
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Enthusiasm, conscientiousness, solution-orientation, and team spirit
