We are seeking a dedicated Tax Manager/Steuerreferent (m/f/d) for a successful real estate investment company in the heart of Hamburg, to start as soon as possible as part of a direct placement for permanent employment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Preparation of tax returns for partnerships and corporations
• Coordination with external tax advisors and technical review of tax returns, especially for investment partnerships (Investment-KGs)
• Support during tax audits and processing of objections
• Ongoing exchange with shareholders, auditors, tax advisors, and tax authorities
• Handling of special tax issues, e.g., property transfer tax (Grund- und Grunderwerbsteuer)
• Contribution to tax-related issues in projects of the corporate group

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in business administration with a tax focus, or a completed apprenticeship with further qualification as a tax specialist (Steuerfachwirt)
• Several years of experience in tax matters
• Structured and reliable way of working, with enjoyment of teamwork
• Confident handling of MS Office suite, ideally initial experience with DATEV
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Responsible and independent work style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
