Your Responsibilities

• You coordinate incoming goods, shipping, and warehouse processes - from preparation to loading and unloading of vehicles.
• You keep an eye on delivery dates, check incoming deliveries, and ensure that everything runs on time and smoothly.
• You receive goods, check them, and store them properly.
• You actively support the production process, participate in the manufacturing of our goods, and take on preparatory, accompanying, and concluding tasks.
• You maintain all goods movements in the ERP system, thus keeping an overview at all times.
• You carry out stock checks and inventories to reliably secure our warehouse stocks.
• You work closely with the production manager, contribute ideas, and support the optimization of logistics processes and material flow.

Your Profile

• You have practical experience in logistics, warehouse management, or in a production environment.
• You work confidently with ERP systems and common PC applications.
• You keep an overview, work in a structured and reliable manner, and enjoy communicating with various interfaces.
• You look forward to a varied activity that combines office work and operational tasks.
• You show initiative, work independently, and are a real team player.
• You have good German language skills to communicate clearly within the team and with suppliers.
