The nursing market is a key growth area for AMBOSS: With AMBOSS Pflege and NOVAHEAL, we are building a knowledge and community ecosystem for everyone who learns, teaches, and practices nursing.

In close collaboration with the responsible Marketing Managers, you will contribute to the visibility, positioning, and community activation of our nursing offerings and make a measurable contribution to B2C and B2B growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: You will further develop our social media strategy and implement it across channels – from conception to evaluation. You will contribute your own ideas and strengthen reach, brand, and growth.
  • Community and Ambassador Program: You will manage the program holistically, develop it further, and derive best practices from the results.
  • Multichannel Campaigns: You will support the Marketing Managers in implementing campaigns and ensure consistent execution on social media.
  • Content & Storytelling: You will create target group-oriented storylines, formats, and series along the user lifecycle and implement them with relevant stakeholders and selected creators. Your goal is to clearly position our brand and retain the community long-term.
  • Performance & Analysis: You will analyze the performance of our social, influencer, and community activities based on defined KPIs and derive concrete optimization measures.
  • Market Insights & Community: Through market and trend observation, you will derive concrete impulses for content, campaigns, and go-to-market activities.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with experience in social media, influencer, and community management.
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as fluent English skills.
  • Experience in independently developing and implementing social media strategies as well as content and campaign formats.
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to work and routine in handling KPIs, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Very good communication skills as well as a good feel for tonality, storytelling, and addressing target groups appropriately.
  • An open eye for new formats and trends in the social media environment, as well as the ability to strategically classify and purposefully use them for our market.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., for content ideas, text variations, analysis, or structuring).
  • Basic understanding of promoting and distribution mechanics in the social media environment and the meaningful integration of organic and paid measures.
