Senior Demand Generation Manager
📍Berlin (Option for fully remote working from Berlin)
Salary: €90,000 - €120,000
We're partnering with a fast-scaling, international SaaS business to hire a Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth across EMEA.
This is a strategic, data-driven marketing role focused on building and executing multi-channel demand generation programmes that directly impact revenue.
The Role
You'll take ownership of pipeline generation across key markets, working cross-functionally with global marketing and sales teams.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution, and is comfortable operating in a fast-growth, high-performance environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and executing demand generation strategy across EMEA
- Building and optimising multi-channel campaigns (digital, paid, events, content)
- Driving pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth
- Collaborating with Sales to align on target accounts and GTM strategy
- Using data and insights to optimise campaign performance and ROI
- Working closely with global teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution
- Leveraging marketing automation and CRM tools to scale campaigns
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS demand generation / growth marketing
- Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns across EMEA markets
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical and optimisation skills
- Experience working closely with Sales and GTM teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Nice to have:
- Experience in HR tech, fintech, or complex SaaS environments
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Exposure to AI-driven or data-led marketing strategies
