About the Company

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support assigned food retail and foodservice/HoReCa customers
  • Develop and implement regional key account strategies and translate them into actionable customer development plans
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and portfolio expansion within key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders at customer organizations
  • Conduct regular business reviews and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers to build long-term partnerships
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. marketing, supply chain)
  • Develop and execute customer-specific activation and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide accurate forecasts
  • Ensure structured reporting and continuous performance improvement

Qualifications

Education:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent commercial training)

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management or similar sales roles
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, and/or foodservice/HoReCa is preferred

Skills and Competencies

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics
  • Experience in sales strategy development and execution
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market and customer data
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems (e.g. SAP/BW is a plus)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented and proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Strong relationship-building capability

Languages:

  • Fluent German (mandatory)
  • Good English skills (written and spoken)

Working Conditions
