Responsibilities That Help You Progress

• You will carry out measures for new customer acquisition, both in the corporate and private customer segments, as well as in the context of campaigns.
• In this context, you will prepare visits, phone calls, and video conferences, schedule appointments, and compile information material.
• You will actively market needs-based solutions, advise on benefits, additional products, and optional tariffs, and present individual benefit and service packages to customers.
• In addition to customer acquisition meetings, you will also conduct retention calls and intensify existing customer and business relationships.
• Furthermore, contact and image maintenance are an essential part of your work. This means you will organize events in the sales area to represent AOK Nordost or participate in events or BGM measures of other departments to market AOK Nordost externally.

Skills You Bring

• You have successfully completed commercial training and have at least two years of relevant professional experience in sales.
• You have knowledge in customer acquisition and advising existing customers.
• You also have extensive experience with MS Office and SAP.
• Your strengths include learning agility, organizational skills, customer and sales orientation, self-responsibility, and results-oriented action.
