Job Description:

The ITSCare, based in Frankfurt a. M. with its central corporate location in Stuttgart/Ludwigsburg, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of three AOKs. As a full-service IT provider, we, with approximately 700 qualified employees, ensure that our customers, the AOKs, can expand and secure their market-leading position with innovative IT. Together, we work to ensure that more than 7.5 million insured individuals can access good and reliable health insurance at all times. With technical know-how and innovative strength, we contribute to the further development of healthcare.

Are you looking for the opportunity to help shape the development of a competent IT full-service provider within the AOK system and develop new approaches?

In this key role, you will shape the connection between business analysis, IT service management, and controlling. You will ensure transparency, efficiency, and quality in our operational and order management processes. With your analytical strength and strategic mindset, you will drive continuous optimization – with measurable added value for customers, service, and organization.

Tasks that will help you advance:

  • Take on the central interface role between business analysis, IT service management, and controlling – with responsibility for transparency, efficiency, and quality in operational processes.
  • Manage reporting and requirement management, ensuring compliance with KPIs, key figures, and ITIL guidelines.
  • Create and analyze reports, dashboards, and evaluations (e.g., using Excel, PowerQuery, or BI tools) and derive concrete optimization measures from them.
  • Develop KPI and controlling systems for measuring service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and optimize integrated resource management – from operational daily planning to strategic capacity planning.
  • Take on complex requirement analyses and actively shape business processes (e.g., using BPMN).
  • Continuously support improvement and efficiency projects in the order and operational environment – methodologically sound and data-driven.
  • Monitor and further develop ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and ensure sustainable performance improvement.
  • Communicate results, deviations, and recommended actions to management.
  • Collaborate closely with specialist departments and adjacent business areas to ensure holistic process and service control.
  • Actively contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects to drive the further development of processes, tools, and structures.

Your Benefits:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Home office possible (up to 60%)
  • Good public transport accessibility, subsidized Deutschlandticket
  • Company bike leasing
  • Free parking
  • Attractive salary, transparent according to collective agreement
  • Company pension plan
  • Christmas and vacation bonuses
  • 30 days of vacation
  • Health subsidy
  • Employee benefit programs
  • Collegial leadership
  • Good supportive collaboration
  • Varied, exciting tasks
  • Self-directed work and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree with a focus on IT, Business Informatics, Controlling, Business Management, Business Administration, or comparable qualifications.
  • Several years of experience in IT Service Management and/or Business Analysis.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Knowledge in the evaluation and development of databases, especially with SQL, ideally USU Analytics.
  • Knowledge in Business Administration and Controlling.
  • Good German language skills (min. C1).
  • Teamwork skills.
  • High analytical abilities.
