Job Description
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a social insurance specialist (Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte/r) or have a comparable qualification.
- Additionally, you have initial professional experience in customer service or rehabilitation.
- You can identify customer and market requirements and translate them into customer solutions.
- You communicate trustworthily, confidently, and empathetically.
- You shape customer relationships consciously, actively, and positively.
- You remain resilient in challenging situations and successfully complete tasks.
We Offer You
- You will independently manage and, together with your team, oversee the process of reviewing and approving rehabilitation measures.
- You will be in customer-oriented contact with contractual partners and support other AOK departments.
- You will coordinate cost control and be responsible for the billing of care and rehabilitation measures.
