Job Description

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a social insurance specialist (Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte/r) or have a comparable qualification.
• Additionally, you have initial professional experience in customer service or rehabilitation.
• You can identify customer and market requirements and translate them into customer solutions.
• You communicate trustworthily, confidently, and empathetically.
• You shape customer relationships consciously, actively, and positively.
• You remain resilient in challenging situations and successfully complete tasks.

• You will independently manage and, together with your team, oversee the process of reviewing and approving rehabilitation measures.
• You will be in customer-oriented contact with contractual partners and support other AOK departments.
• You will coordinate cost control and be responsible for the billing of care and rehabilitation measures.
