Job Description

As a Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for Sick Pay, you will support our insured members when an illness lasts longer. You will contact customers early on and provide them with helpful tips for their recovery process. You will guide them through the application for sick pay and calculate it based on income statements. You will stay in touch with insured members, treating doctors, and clinics – always with the goal of actively promoting health. If necessary, you will coordinate rehabilitation measures together with other social benefit providers. And: You will recognize opportunities to win new customers for AOK PLUS.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a Social Insurance Specialist (m/f/d) or Kaufmann in Healthcare (m/f/d), or completed vocational training with experience in Statutory Health Insurance.
• You have professional experience, ideally in the area of sick pay and GKV law.
• Illnesses are often accompanied by strokes of fate. It is therefore all the more important that you treat our customers with particular empathy.
• As a contact person for doctors or hospitals, you will be confronted with many medical topics. Willingness to learn and quick comprehension will help you to familiarize yourself quickly.
• You have experience in telephone and personal customer service, as well as basic knowledge in member acquisition and retention.

• Your attractive remuneration is secured in our collective agreement BAT-AOK-Neu – with an annual gross salary (full-time) of approximately EUR 44,500 to EUR 53,000.
