Location: Biberach an der Riß Employment Type: Part-time - Morning Working Hours: 18.75 hours per week Start Date: 01.05.2026
We are looking for a Controlled Document Specialist m/f/d in part-time (50%) for our client in Biberach, starting 01.05.2026, as part of temporary employment.
Responsibilities, Competencies, and Accountability
- In your new role, you will coordinate and manage the local and global lifecycle of documents in the eDMS Vault Quality, and coordinate and review the revision process.
- Initiate and coordinate the timely and proper distribution of information to relevant departments and interfaces.
- Initiate the document workflow and monitor the signature circulation in VQD.
- You will act in a consulting capacity for authors of local and global documents regarding processes, document creation, template usage, coding, and distribution.
- Ensure high quality, adherence to deadlines, and flexibility in processing upcoming topics, requirements, and projects – both internal and external.
This position involves a hybrid work model, which can be covered from home/remotely 4 days a week upon agreement or as needed.
Please note that the place of work remains Biberach. No costs for travel to and from work, time off in lieu, or hotel accommodation can be covered for work performed on-site in Biberach.
Professional Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in a natural science/pharmaceutical field or IT, or alternatively in a related technical field with relevant professional experience.
- Sound knowledge of an electronic data management system, ideally Vault Quality.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Strong communication skills, planning and organizational skills, as well as an independent and responsible way of working.
- High initiative, systematic approach, team spirit, and high resilience.
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
