Job Posting: Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Content Research & Creation (Teilzeit)

Our team software simplifies daily collaboration, organization, and personnel planning for companies (DACH) with 5-300 employees. Over 50,000 employees already use our software, and new customers are added daily.

To continue growing, we are looking for an experienced Employee (m/f/d) for Content Research & Creation in part-time (approx. 20 hours per week) to help us make knowledge from various sources usable and develop structured content for marketing and existing customers.

Work Location

  • 📍 Our team currently consists of 10 people and works primarily from home office. For coordination and joint work on content, you should plan for 1-2 half-days per week at our office in 46284 Dorsten (NRW).

  • 🗓️ March -- May

Responsibilities

You will ensure that we extract valuable information from the flood of information -- and transform it into content that we can work with concretely.

  • You will review webinars, websites, trade articles, studies, and books in our subject area and clearly document the most important content.
  • You will create concise summaries with key messages, examples, and derivations for our target audience (SMEs).
  • You will create concrete work templates (bullet points, script outlines, posting variations, hook ideas) from research results and maintain them in our tools so that designers/video production/teams can work with them directly.
  • You will structure and maintain our existing content (webinars, blog posts, notes, internal documents) in a clear knowledge and content database.
  • You will develop your own content suggestions from this: blog article ideas, landing page structures, e-book concepts, webinar outlines, email series, FAQs, etc.
  • You will support the preparation of presentations, webinars, and talks by structuring content, selecting examples, and suggesting logical sequences.
  • You will use AI tools specifically to organize content faster, generate variations, and test ideas -- while always maintaining content control.
  • You will work closely with management and our emerging marketing department, contributing your own ideas on how we can better utilize our knowledge.

Qualifications

  • ⌛️ We need you for approx. 20 hours per week, spread over several days per week -- with the willingness to spend 1-2 half-days per week at the office in Dorsten.
  • You already have several years of experience in an area where you have worked with texts, content, and research -- e.g., editorial, content marketing, communication, consulting, or studies with a strong writing and analysis component.
  • You read quickly, can critically assess content, and distinguish the truly important points from filler material.
  • You can summarize complex content understandably -- without distorting it.
  • You have very good German language skills in speaking and writing and are absolutely proficient in spelling and grammar.
  • You enjoy formulating precisely -- from bullet points to fully developed text modules.
  • You work very structurally: folders, tags, sensible filing, and clear naming conventions are a matter of course for you.
  • You are proficient in using computers, the internet, and office tools (e.g., Google Docs, Notion).
  • Experience in the meaningful use of AI tools for research, structuring, and initial text drafts is a plus.
  • You can work independently and set priorities.
  • You are interested in topics such as teamwork, digitalization in SMEs, processes, leadership -- or are willing to immerse yourself deeply.

Formal education is secondary. More important is that you can demonstrate that you can effectively grasp, sort, and prepare content -- work samples are welcome.
