These tasks will motivate you:

As a Production Controller (gn), you will take over the financial management of the plant and be responsible for the preparation of management reporting, including variance analyses, key figures, and trend assessments.
You will continuously develop plant controlling and discuss target/actual deviations and economic key figures with the specialist departments and plant management.
In close cooperation with production, technology, and other interfaces, you will create analyses, business cases, and decision-making bases for operational and strategic issues.
Additionally, you will be responsible for product cost and margin controlling, perform calculations and contribution margin analyses, and identify potential for performance improvement.
Furthermore, you will participate in planning, budget, and forecast processes and ensure transparency regarding cost and earnings developments.
Investment controlling is your responsibility – from the creation of investment calculations to tracking and success control.
Finally, you will further develop the internal control system (ICS), assist with audits, and act as a subject matter expert (gn) for auditors and internal stakeholders.

Good prerequisites for your success:

A completed degree in business administration/controlling or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in plant or production controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company.
Very good Excel skills and experience with an ERP system.
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
