As our Head of Growth, you'll join us at a key moment of rapid growth, helping expand our AI-driven hospitality business across European markets.

You will have an impact on:

• Driving organic growth from the ground up -- crafting and testing bold, creative strategies to unlock new markets, tap into fresh audiences, and build long-term traction.
• Owning a high-impact special project -- working side-by-side with the CEO to launch a new, independent business unit that could become a major growth engine for the company.
• Powering inbound lead generation -- leveraging the full funnel: content, paid media, SEO, and smart partnerships to bring in qualified, high-intent leads at scale.
• Enabling a high-performing outbound motion -- supporting and sharpening our outbound sales team with killer assets, optimized processes, and conversion-boosting tactics.
• Unlocking new business opportunities -- driving strategic partnerships, identifying untapped revenue streams, and building relationships that accelerate our market presence.
• Running experiments that matter -- using data to test hypotheses, iterate quickly, and shape our go-to-market playbook with what actually works.
