Your mission

The problem you'll solve:

Your Ownership

  • Own and scale our full B2B sales motion---from outbound strategy to upsell and account management---driving consistent pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team (AEs, SDRs, CSMs) while elevating the quality of execution, processes, and sales enablement across every stage of the funnel.
  • Shape and iterate on GTM strategy, testing new segments, geos, and messaging that help us scale B2B monetization with speed and clarity.

Your track record

Must-haves

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales or Growth in a fast-paced environment (startup/scale-up)
  • Background in B2B SaaS or advertising; business degree from a top university
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, challenge, and scale a team
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Ready to work from our Berlin office 5 days/week (with some flexibility!)
