Step into the position of Lead Backend Developer and take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, lead a skilled team of developers, offer hands-on mentorship, and collaborate closely with business and take part in reviewing codes. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, offer hands-on mentorship
Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards and compliance requirements
Foster effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams

Required Experience:

7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development in SpringBoot or Quarkus
Ideally 1+ years of experience in a leading a small team
Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices
Experience working in or with clients in the igaming or fintech is a plus

Salary / Remuneration: Up to €90.000 DOE + Benefits
