Your Responsibilities

Your voice opens doors. As a sales talent with solid IT knowledge, you are our first point of contact for potential new customers. With your positive demeanor, you convince over the phone, identify customer needs, and communicate suitable IT network solutions – from hardware to software. You shape your workday flexibly and are actively involved in building long-term customer relationships. You independently create success measurements of acquisition activities across various industries and optimize our sales strategy in collaboration with our team.

• Telephone outreach for B2B new customer acquisition
• Recording customer needs and consulting on network solutions, hardware, and software products
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Success analysis of sales activities across various industries

Your Profile

• Positive, approachable demeanor
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Knowledge in IT network technology (LAN, WLAN, VPN, Switches)
• Ideally, prior experience in acquisition
