To expand our expert team at Argumed, we are looking for a certified Specialist in Occupational Safety or a Safety Engineer (m/f/d) who works from home and on-site at the customer's premises (7-9 field service days per month):

Your Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the entire basic support process at our customers, from the initial inspection to the creation of risk assessments, and participate in training and instruction sessions, as well as planning and preparing ASA meetings.
• Advise and support our customers in all matters concerning occupational safety and health protection.
• Be an attentive contact person for your customers and support them with their daily challenges, e.g., statements to professional associations.
• Organize and conduct training and instruction sessions in the field of occupational safety.
• Investigate and analyze work accidents, record and evaluate investigation results, and develop preventive measures.
• Supervise projects, including those in the areas of hazardous materials management and fire protection, with appropriate qualifications.
• Be a sparring partner: Help our digitalization team with creative ideas and your expertise to offer our customers a digitally supported and tailored service, and also to make your own work easier every day.

Your Profile

• You are a certified Specialist in Occupational Safety or a Safety Engineer (m/f/d).
• You are open to new & digital approaches and solutions in occupational safety and may have already gained experience in this regard.
• You have no problem working without much supervision, making independent decisions, and taking responsibility for them.
• You have the necessary willingness to travel to provide optimal on-site advice to customers.
• You work carefully, have an eye for detail, and know how to balance practice and theory.
• You find it easy to understand customer needs and pragmatically identify the best solution.
• You speak German at a native level (Bonus: very good English).
