Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and well-organized communications professional to support a cross-functional transformation initiative. This role involves translating complex topics into clear, practical messaging for both customers and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Technology, and Commercial teams to create and adapt communications materials for various audiences and channels. The position is hands-on, delivery-focused, and emphasizes clarity, consistency, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, adapt, and maintain customer-facing communications across multiple channels.
  • Transcreate content into German, ensuring clarity, tone, and relevance for the local market.
  • Develop and update content for websites, customer guidance materials, FAQs, and supporting documentation.
  • Support the preparation of communications for campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
  • Create internal enablement and training materials for customer-facing teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Product, and Commercial teams to align messaging and timing.
  • Ensure communications are clear, consistent, and aligned across customer and internal touchpoints.
  • Track feedback and questions from internal teams and customers to refine communications materials.

Required Attributes

  • Strong communication skills with a good sense for language, tone, and audience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a structured, reliable, and pragmatic manner.
  • Native or C2 level German (written and spoken) and very good English skills.
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders across different functions.
  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience and a proven track record in Communications/Marketing.
  • Pro-active and self-starter mentality.
